It's important to us to have structure to our programs and assessments. This is why we have a formalised assessment protocol which has been tried and tested, and revised since 2016.
While this is a tricky space to navigate formally, we are committed to setting a high professional standard of training and assessment to our teams - including teaching self-evaluation and personal responsibility.
