Workshop: Animal Assisted Therapy & Third Party Liability
Note: More dates for 2023 are coming!
2hr workshop presented by Psychologist & Animal Assisted Therapists Samantha King & Amy Biggs-Tsoubos.
This workshop covers the following:
- Current information about industry regulation and working within a best practice framework
- Example cases
- Example therapy activity design
- Practical tips for designing evidence-based animal assisted therapy activities
- Information about Medicare and other third party compliance
- Time for group discussion, networking and questions to presenters.
Professional Supervision
Samantha King (Psychologist) is a board approved supervisor.
Sam is available for professional supervision, and secondary supervision for 4+2 and 5+1 pathway provisional psychologists.
Supervision can be booked via email (click the book now button below).
Individual supervision is available to TDA graduates and non-TDA graduates.
Cost: Professionals $250 (incl. GST)
Provisionals $150 (incl. GST)
Group Supervision
Group supervision is only available to TDA graduates (or those on their pathway to graduates, who have already completed their 4/5 day course).
Supervision is open to graduates of all disciplines.
Supervision is an opportunity for clinicians to bring up topics and questions to seek guidance from a senior clinician.
Group Supervision is hosted by Samantha King.
Sam is a registered Psychologist & board approved supervisor.
Monthly group supervision is available on Mondays at 12.30pm
